The Jim Waters Society was created in 2017 to honor our founder and recognize employees for outstanding scientific achievement at Waters.

The Jim Waters Society encapsulates the company’s view and ongoing commitment to innovation by recognizing our leaders that are delivering benefit and having the greatest impact unlocking the potential of science. Being inducted into The Jim Waters Society is the highest honor given to the scientists at Waters. 

Members of the Society act as consultants to Waters' leadership and mentors to fellow employees in order to keep excellence in science and technology innovation at the forefront of our corporate mission.
