Easy-to-use and durable

One of the largest lab-scale SFC purification systems on the market, Waters SFC Prep 350 System is slated for 100’s gram to kilogram scale compound purification. Ruggedness, simplicity, and productivity are the key principles reflected throughout the instrument design. Classic cyclonic collection is easy-to-use and durable, ideally suited for large compound campaigns. Modified stream injection and stacked injection capability are also featured in the SFC Prep 350 System for high productivity.

Key features

The SFC Prep 350 System is ideally suited for large compound campaigns, with features including:

  • High pressure CO2 pump and co-solvent pump allowing a maximum flow rate of 350 mL/min, appropriate for 50 mm ID columns with up to 800 mg of material loaded per injection
  • A stacked injection module that allows repeated injections of the same material
  • UV-Vis detector for peak detection
  • Fraction collection module with 6 separators that allows collection of liters of material
  • Automated Back Pressure Regulator (ABPR) helps maintain the correct conditions for the separation
  • ChromScope Software is easy to use and has wizards to help design your experiments
