Notice to Candidates: Recruitment Fraud Alert

Please be aware of fraudulent job offers that are not specifically affiliated with Waters Corporation and are not listed on the Waters careers website.

Waters has been made aware of unauthorized career opportunities offered by malicious actors posing as large multi-national companies, including Waters. The fictitious jobs may be advertised on employment-search websites, such as Indeed.com and Craigslist.com, or using fraudulent websites and email addresses that have names similar to the relevant company website.

They may also require prospective employees to share their personal and financial information, provide copies of their government-issued identification, and/or send money for application fees, processing charges or work permits.  If a person purports to provide recruitment services for Waters for a fee to the applicant or requires a security deposit, please be advised that the person is not affiliated in any way with Waters.

Important information for job seekers:

  • Waters has a formal application process that will always include at least one interview with a Waters representative, either in person or using videoconferencing technology like Microsoft Teams.
  • Waters will never request money for the opportunity to apply or work for Waters.
  • Waters does not require completion of tax forms, bank account or credit card information as part of the recruiting process.
